School Canteen Charging Problem

The Parent Council would like to make parents aware of an issue that has been brought to our attention regarding the school canteen.
Some pupils have reportedly been mischarged, including being overcharged, double or triple charged on the same day, or charged when they were not in the school building.
We have raised these concerns with the school and the canteen, and they have confirmed that they are aware of issues being reported.
Please take a moment to check your child’s canteen account. We know there were issues reported back in Nov/Dec 25 so check back as far as possible.
If you notice any discrepancies, we ask that you contact the school directly with the relevant details.
Please share this information with any other parents or carers you know at the school.
