Welcome back to members, and a big hello to anyone coming along for the first time.

The agenda for the first meeting is open at the moment.

The next meeting on the 8th October will be the AGM. As a reminder : Anyone wishing to stand as a member needs to include a very short personal statement.

• The AGM will be announced at least 2 weeks before the meeting.

• A very short personal statement should submitted to a current member at least 10 full days before the AGM.

• The agenda will be published to the parent forum at least 5 days before the AGM, and will contain the personal statements submitted.

• Our current constitution requires that in order to stand as an office bearer next year, a candidate must have served on the Parent Council for at least one year, though this requirement can be waived if unique or mitigating circumstances arise (such as no eligible members stepping forward). Additionally, the candidate for Chairperson must be a member of the Parent Forum.
